Designed by Margot Keate of Keate & Co., this home in Vancouver’s Spanish Banks neighbourhood was built by Bolar Development Group and features custom millwork by Van Arbour throughout. To achieve the minimal, contemporary glamour required by the space we used Stilje Soho UV Lacquered High Gloss for all of the flat slab millwork. The master bathroom’s floating vanity features integrated pulls and an attractive vaulted ceiling. We also built compact laundry room and bar built-ins to maximise the use of two tight spaces.
